Carlos Puyol Ruins Phil Neville With a Brutal Tackle

Poor Phil Neville hasn’t had a great time of it since returning from football and he is perpetually humiliated and peppered with insults across social media. Whilst brother Gary has made quite a name for himself as both commentator and pundit, Phil remains one of the most boring and criticised commentators in the game. the poor lad can’t even post a picture of his brekkie without being attacked.

Fans will be delighted then with the challenge that Carlos Puyol inflicted on the ex-Manchester United and Everton player during the recent match in the Star Sixes soccer tournament. Neville has been known to make a meaty tackle or two during his career but few will compare to what Puyol just did to him,  check out the brutal challenge from the defensive ex-Barcelona beast.

The tournament has been good value so far with star players like Rio Ferdinand, Steven Gerrard, Danny Murphy, Deco, Robert Pires and the man so good that they named him twice Jay Jay Okocha taking part. The game which saw this nasty tackle from Puyol was Spain v England which the three lions lost 4-1, not much changes then.
