Mamadou Sakho and the Greatest Reddit Feed of All Time

Mamadou Sakho has made for some pretty interesting copy over the last few months, the hapless Liverpool defender started his career at the Reds with a horrific run of form. Under the reign of Brendan Rodgers the French defender was mercilessly mocked by the Kop faithful as he was consistently shit, Sakho has turned his form around somewhat, having upped his game for Liverpool last year, that was before the famous drug test failure.

Sikh was banned for 30 days by UEFA earlier this year for taking a banned fat-burning substance, banned or not, you train every day mate, what the hell you doing taking that stuff! Any way, for poor Sakho, after the 30 days had ended, UEFA decided that it wasn’t a banned substance after all and all was rosy in the garden of LFC and Sakho, that was until he misbehaved on the US tour. Having arrived late 3 times for training, no nonsense Jurgen Klopp decided that he’d had enough and sent the Frenchman back to Merseyside. At the time, Klopp stated that Sakho did have a future at the club, although let’s be honest, nobody really believed that.

And so, as the transfer window progressed, so too did Sakho, progressing nearing to the Anfield exit doors each day. And now here we are on deadline day with Liverpool searching tirelessly to get the Frenchman out of the door.
